Sales & Customer Service Support

We have a dedicated customer service team that can assist with any enquiry from general product information to returns and warranty support. Our sales team covers all regions of Australia and we pride ourselves on the ability to be responsive to our customer’s needs.

Same Day Dispatch

We provide fast and efficient processing of orders, with same day dispatch on all orders received before 12pm local time in your state. Our aim is to deliver products to you as fast as possible.

Australian Trusted Trader

As an Australian Trusted Trader, Fienza has gained the accreditation for expedited flow of product at customs with priority processing. This means that we are fully compliant with trade practices and have a secure supply chain that allows us to access product faster, reducing lead times for our customers.

Compliant with Australian Standards

Fienza products are manufactured to comply with all Australian regulations and plumbing codes, including WaterMark certification and the Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme (WELS) where required.

Quality Manufacturing

Fienza continually invests in product development, utilising our network of longterm manufacturing partners to bring high quality products to bathrooms and kitchens throughout Australia. Many of our products are sourced from some of the world’s leading manufacturers in Germany, Italy, Hungary, China, and the UAE. We also manufacture custom made vanities, cabinetry, and mirrors right here in Australia in our own manufacturing facility in Brisbane, Queensland.

Industry Leading Warranties

Fienza is known for beautiful, quality products that are backed by industry leading warranties. We are proud to offer extended warranties across our range, such as 15 years on mixer cartridges and 25 years on cast stone solid surface products.

National Distribution

Fienza has 5 distribution centres throughout Australia located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. This allows us to offer fast dispatch and delivery on our full range of products. Through our retail network of over 1500 outlets, consumers can easily purchase any item in the Fienza range.
